Job Requirements
- Previous barista or coffee experience is preferred
- strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
- excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and sales transactions
- must obtain a Florida Food Safety Handlers permit within 30 days of hire
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends

Job Duties
- Operate POS system for order processing and cash handling
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks following established recipes and standards
- Manage customer orders efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and retail math calculations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food safety and food handling procedures
- Assist with food preparation and serving light food items as needed
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and proper food handling protocols
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service
- Support team members in daily operations to create a positive customer experience
