- ability to operate POS systems efficiently

Job Duties
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages according to We Proudly Serve Starbucks recipes and quality standards
- handle cash and credit transactions following company cash-handling procedures
- maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked café area, including dining, condiment, and preparation stations
- follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- support daily café operations, including opening and closing duties
- communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
- provide product knowledge and recommendations to guests when requested
- flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays
- uphold all brand policies, appearance standards, and customer service expectations
