Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
Job Qualifications
- Food handlers certification or willingness to obtain
- Knowledge of coffee and tea is a plus
- Sense of humor and willingness to engage meaningfully with guests and staff
Job Duties
- Greeting guests with a smile and a positive attitude
- Providing knowledgeable customer service about the menu
- Maintaining cleanliness behind the bar and in the dining area
- Performing opening and closing duties as required
- Completing daily and weekly cleaning tasks
- Maintaining the highest standards of food quality
- Assisting with storage, stocking, and maintenance of all products
