Job Requirements
- Must have TABC and Texas Food Handler certification
- Must be over the age of 18
- Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs
- Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach
- Ability to stand and or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail or food service preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts
Job Duties
- Provide WOW service to every guest by making a difference in their day
- Build and maintain customer relationships using WOW service principles
- Set and work towards achieving personal and store performance goals
- Share Kendra Scott's brand purpose and philanthropic efforts with guests and community
- Adhere strictly to Kendra Scott policies and procedures
- Educate guests on product details and taste profiles and offer personalized recommendations
- Flexibly assist customers and complete necessary tasks
- Proactively resolve guest concerns to ensure positive experiences
- Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional guest experiences
