Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a similar Barista or food service role
- Ability to prepare a variety of coffee and espresso drinks
- Must adhere to company grooming and attire standards
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings and background checks
- Drug-free workplace compliance
- Ability to stand, walk, and use hands frequently during shifts
- Physical ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to customers
- Collaborate with other Baristas to take orders and provide timely service
- Create various coffee and espresso drinks including Americano, macchiato, cappuccino, and latte
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café
- Stock assigned station with all necessary items for operation
- Complete closing side work properly
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager
