Job Requirements
- Must have TABC and Texas Food Handler certification
- Must be over the age of 18
- Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs
- Ability to bend, squat, twist and reach
- Ability to stand andor walk for at least 6 hours per shift
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business including evening, weekend and holiday shifts
Job Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Passion for fashion and philanthropy
- Experience in retail or food service preferred but not required
- Ability to learn and apply WOW service principles
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide WOW service to every guest
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Share Kendra Scott's brand purpose and philanthropic efforts with guests
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Educate guests on product details and taste profiles
- Assist in resolving guest concerns proactively
- Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional guest experiences
