Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year experience in management or supervisory role
- valid hygiene certification or ability to obtain one
- availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and rotating weekends
- ability to relocate to Seattle, WA before start date
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- effective communication skills
- ability to train and mentor team members
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in a similar role
- experience in café or restaurant management
- strong leadership skills
- knowledge of hygiene and safety standards
- ability to manage inventory and stock processes
- excellent communication and team training abilities

Job Duties
- Control daily store operations
- train and develop team members
- maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- ensure valid hygiene certificates for all staff
- manage inventory including stock counts and deliveries
- minimize product waste
- produce and update monthly shift plans
- train staff through company programs
- assess team performance in product quality and customer interaction
- lead store operational performance
- implement and optimize daily workflow
- oversee team positioning and development
- provide feedback to regional management
