Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum one year experience in management or supervisory role
  • valid hygiene certification or ability to obtain one
  • availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and rotating weekends
  • ability to relocate to Seattle, WA before start date
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to train and mentor team members

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience in a similar role
  • experience in café or restaurant management
  • strong leadership skills
  • knowledge of hygiene and safety standards
  • ability to manage inventory and stock processes
  • excellent communication and team training abilities
  • proficiency in shift planning and staff scheduling
  • customer service experience
  • familiarity with training programs recommended

Job Duties

  • Control daily store operations
  • train and develop team members
  • maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
  • ensure valid hygiene certificates for all staff
  • manage inventory including stock counts and deliveries
  • minimize product waste
  • produce and update monthly shift plans
  • train staff through company programs
  • assess team performance in product quality and customer interaction
  • lead store operational performance
  • implement and optimize daily workflow
  • oversee team positioning and development
  • provide feedback to regional management
