Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Maintains valid food handler’s card by first date of work
- Basic math skills
- Must display professionalism and personality with customers
- Ability to stand for entire shift
- Willingness to work early morning shifts and weekends
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 20 lbs
- Ability to work in a loud environment with frequent interruptions
- Exposure to grain dusts such as wheat flour dust
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old

- Valid food handler's card or ability to obtain one by first work day
- Basic math skills
- Professionalism and strong interpersonal skills with customers
- Experience in a bakery or food service environment preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake hand-made pastries and sweets
- Assist on the sandwich bar during busy shifts
- Act as Person in Charge (PIC) during assigned shifts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area
- Follow health and safety standards
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Work early shifts and weekends as scheduled
