Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Food handler’s card required by first day
- Ability to stand for entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Ability to communicate in English effectively
Job Qualifications

- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Maintain valid food handler’s card
- Basic math skills
- Display professionalism and friendly personality with customers
- Experience in baking or food preparation preferred
- Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a variety of hand-made pastries for cafes
- Work efficiently during all shifts including early mornings
- Serve as Person in Charge (PIC) during shifts
- Assist on the sandwich bar during busy periods
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the baking area
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Manage food handling and inventory tasks accurately
