Job Duties
- Greeting customers with a warm and welcoming attitude
- operating the cash register and POS system to process transactions efficiently and accurately
- preparing and packaging salads and sandwiches according to set recipes
- pulling orders together ensuring food standards and correct condiments and paper goods included
- handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally
- collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations including stepping in to other roles as needed
- grilling, cooking, and frying foods such as french fries and hamburgers
- planning orders so items served together are finished at the same time
- responsible for station setup
- performing food preparation tasks including sandwiches, soups, salads, and desserts
- restocking kitchen supplies, rotating food, stamping time and date on food in coolers
- cleaning food preparation equipment, work areas, and counters or tables
- performing general cleaning activities in the kitchen
- working in accordance with food safety and safety guidelines
