Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food preparation and coffee service
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and cash-handling proficiency
- Availability to work Monday through Friday with occasional flexibility
- Commitment to teamwork and reliability
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, squat, twist moderately
- Ability to walk to deliver products
- Fine motor skills for typing and handling equipment
Job Qualifications
- Experience in food preparation and coffee service, barista experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic math and cash handling
- Availability to work Monday through Friday with occasional flexibility

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve breakfast and lunch menu items including specialty coffee drinks
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of cafe, kitchen, and equipment
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and food service regulations
- Handle daily cash operations including deposits, credit transactions, and drawer balancing
- Support catering services by preparing and delivering orders
- Assist with inventory management and supply restocking
- Provide outstanding customer service professionally and compassionately
- Work collaboratively with team members in a positive environment
- Be flexible to work across multiple cafe locations occasionally
