Job Requirements

- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Ability to prepare food and beverages
- Effective communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings
Job Duties
- Interact with bookstore customers and assist them with questions, purchases and conduct point-of-sale transactions
- Manage customer food and beverage orders and prepare food and beverages to fulfill customer orders
- Receive, input, price and shelve new inventory
- Assist Bookstore Manager with product purchasing and staff training as needed
- Demonstrate knowledge of Bookstore and Glen Eyrie goals and contribute to them
- Participate in Navigators on-site learning and development events, Cultural Development and Diversity trainings
- Submit time worked on a weekly basis through the Workday Time Tracking system
- Work a flexible schedule including days, nights and weekends
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
