Job Duties
- Ensure quality food preparation and service to customers
- provide high levels of sanitation in service areas, equipment, and appearance
- receive ingredients and other supplies from main kitchen and stock food as needed
- detect and dispose of spoiled or unattractive food
- inform supervisor of defective supplies/equipment and/or other unusual conditions
- operate cash register and collect payments
- follow all required cash handling procedures
- perform other related duties as assigned
