Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly, engaging, and professional manner, providing exceptional service
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, smoothies, and other beverages to recipe and brand standards
- Accurately take orders, operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, and handle cash/credit transactions
- Assist with food preparation, stocking, and merchandising of pastries, snacks, and market items
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cafe area, including equipment, counters, seating areas, and displays
- Monitor product freshness, rotate stock, and assist with inventory control
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and resort standards
- Support teammates and communicate effectively to ensure smooth daily operations
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations about menu items, specials, and resort offerings
- Uphold the values of Wild Dunes Resort: hospitality, professionalism, and a focus on the guest
