Job Requirements

  • Ability to perform the physical demands: must be able to work standing up for 10-12 hours, ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push a cart up to 200 pounds, withstand high temperature conditions, bend, kneel, and stoop
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Food handlers certification

Job Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years customer service experience
  • Back of the house (BOH) kitchen experience preferred
  • Understanding of nutrition and performance based food preferred
  • Banquet or catering serving experience preferred
  • Excellent hospitality skills, professional demeanor, and a service-first attitude
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to anticipate client needs and fulfill them
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment, safe sanitary practices, and culinary skills

Job Duties

  • Provide best in class hospitality for our high-profile client, including excellent manners and interpersonal skills
  • Manage an exceptional visual presentation and cleanliness in food service area
  • Sweep, mop, scrub as needed, as well as clean floors, shelves, surfaces, equipment, etc
  • Check and refill all supplies that clients use daily
  • Assist kitchen and BOH as needed, this may include prep work and dishwashing
  • Communicate all needs through the Executive Chef and Sous Chef
  • Ensure dining area is clean, organized, and well-stocked
  • Cover and date food when storing to ensure freshness and safety
  • Ensure hot food temperatures are within safe range and records temps
