Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work weekends and weekdays
- Must be dependable and adaptable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prepare food and beverages according to recipes
- Knowledge of health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Café and barista experience preferred
- Restaurant server experience preferred
- Strong people skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Working knowledge of restaurant operations and steps of service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to engage with customers effectively
Job Duties
- Take orders and serve guests promptly and courteously
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Engage and communicate clearly with customers to meet their needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area
- Cross-train to work in other outlets such as Legends restaurant, 1920, and Black Gates Bar
- Assist with daily setup and closing tasks
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
