Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Minimum 1-year experience in culinary field preferred
- Cash handling and customer service experience preferred
- Must obtain and maintain Food Handlers card
- Must be able to read, speak, and understand instructions in English
- Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships

Job Duties
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards guests and staff with emphasis on guest satisfaction and quality control
- Work rotating shifts including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Provide excellent customer service displaying friendliness, helpfulness, patience, and professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness in café and lobby areas as per food handling and health department standards
- Pay high attention to detail, presentation, and appearance of café items served
- Follow all standard operating procedures for opening and closing
- Operate kitchen equipment safely including flat top grill, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and utensils
