Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare all fudge products and sell to customers
- perform all Ginna's restaurant functions including deli line, barista, grill, ice cream, baked goods, and fudge
- follow all food safety guidelines by state and local ordinances
- ensure products are received and stored according to standard operating guidelines
- assist in training new associates using kitchen tools, mentor checklists and SOPs
- ensure cash control and till management as per Scheels Cashier Guidelines
- manage and support side work, daily cleaning schedules, opening and closing procedures
- maintain knowledge of cafe recipes and prepared foods
- maintain clean and orderly workspace
- be professional in appearance and attitude
- perform basic math operations involving money and measurements
- read and interpret safety rules and manuals
- write routine reports and correspondence
- speak effectively before groups
- work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- prepare various types of food, drinks, and ingredients
