- High school graduate or GED
- Minimum 1 year of customer service and cash handling experience preferred
- Must meet requirements of employment background check
- Must have or obtain Food Handlers Card

Job Duties
- Welcome and acknowledge all visitors to the café
- Inform families on and enforce all Museum Safety Protocols
- Process credit card, cash, and other monetary transactions in a fast-paced environment
- Prepare coffees and teas with espresso machines, coffee brewers, and other machinery
- Meet Department Revenue Goals
- Promote all current sales and discounts
- Refresh café dining room by wiping tables, sweeping floors, and removing waste
- Communicate positively and professionally to co-workers at all levels of the organization
- Balance and manage daily cash drawers
- Stay up to date on museum policies, exhibits, and events
- Other duties as assigned
