Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Food service experience preferred
- Food handler certification (food safety) preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to operate and maintain food preparation equipment
- Capability to use digital tools and handheld technology effectively
- Team player with problem-solving and innovative thinking skills
Job Duties
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Prepare food according to item specifications
- Understand and plan future and mass productions including seasonality
- Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
- Utilize handheld technology for business decisions related to production, ordering, receiving, training, and product quality
- Stock and rotate merchandise while ensuring quality and date control standards
- Provide member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues
- Promote a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented work environment
- Comply with company policies and ethics standards
- Complete work assignments using policies, data, and resources, and adapt to changing circumstances and feedback
