Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior food service experience preferred
- Food Handler Certification preferred

- experience using digital tools and technology in food preparation

- flexibility to adapt to changing work scenarios
Job Duties
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- collaborates with cross-functional teams and helps educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources
- communicates effectively with team members
- adapts to business needs to work in other areas
- prepares food according to item specifications
- plans future and mass productions considering seasonality
- adheres to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- operates, maintains and sanitizes equipment
- leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- uses handheld technology for production, ordering, receiving orders, training and quality control
- drives area performance by stocking and rotating merchandise
- ensures quality and date control standards
- eliminates waste
- provides member service by acknowledging members and assisting with purchasing decisions and resolving concerns
- acts as a brand and talent ambassador by promoting respect, support and teamwork
- complies with company policies and ethics
- completes work assignments using resources and collaborates with managers and other business partners
- identifies priorities and improvement opportunities
- adapts to change and incorporates feedback
