Job Qualifications

- food handler certification (food safety) preferred

Job Duties
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- collaborating with cross-functional teams and educating other associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- communicating effectively with team members
- being flexible to work in different areas as needed
- preparing food according to item specifications and planning future productions
- adhering to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- operating, maintaining, and sanitizing equipment
- leveraging digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience
- utilizing handheld technology for immediate business decisions
- driving the performance of the café area including stocking and rotating merchandise
- ensuring quality and date control standards and eliminating waste
- providing excellent member service by acknowledging members and assisting with purchasing decisions
- complying with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity
- completing work assignments by using policies, data, and resources while collaborating with managers and coworkers
- adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback
