Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Prepare food according to item specifications
- ensure high-quality products are fresh, ready and available in the café
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the café area
- pack ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays
- monitor temperature control and verify expiration dates, disposing of substandard food products
- stock and rotate merchandise ensuring quality and date control standards
- provide excellent member service by acknowledging members and assisting with purchasing decisions
