Job Requirements

- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- collaborating with cross functional teams and educating other associates

- preparing food according to item specifications
- adhering to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
- operating and sanitizing equipment
- leveraging digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience
- stocking and rotating merchandise and ensuring quality and date control standards
- providing member service and assisting with purchasing decisions
- being a brand advocate and helping train others
- complying with company policies and procedures
- completing work assignments using resources, collaborating with managers, customers, and coworkers
