Job Qualifications

- food handler certification preferred
- knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- ability to operate and maintain kitchen equipment
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- ability to adapt to changing work environments and use digital tools effectively
Job Duties
- Ensuring high-quality food products are fresh, ready, and available in the café
- maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the café area
- packing ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stocking displays
- preparing and serving ready-to-eat food according to specifications
- maintaining temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lesser-quality products
- communicating effectively with team members and collaborating across functions
- using handheld technology for inventory management, ordering, and quality control
