Job Qualifications
- Food service experience
- food handler certification (food safety) preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- capability to operate and maintain kitchen equipment
- proficiency with digital tools and handheld technology
- strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- problem-solving and adaptability skills
Job Duties
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- collaborating with cross functional teams and educating other associates on tools, tasks and resources
- communicating effectively with team members
- preparing food according to item specifications
- understanding and planning for future and mass productions and seasonality
- adhering to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines and cold chain compliance
- operating, maintaining, and sanitizing equipment
- leveraging digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience
- using handheld technology for production, ordering, training and product quality
- driving the performance of the café area including stocking, rotating merchandise, and eliminating waste
- providing member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues
- being a brand advocate and supporting team development
- complying with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
- completing work assignments through collaboration and communication
- adapting to change and learning from feedback
