Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to complete job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time
- physical ability to perform duties including standing for extended periods
- willingness to work flexible hours
- commitment to providing excellent customer service
- adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in food service preferred
- food handler certification (food safety) preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a team environment
- adaptability to changing work scenarios
- basic understanding of food safety standards
Job Duties
- Be a team member by maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and collaborating with teammates
- prepare food according to item specifications and adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve associate engagement
- stock and rotate merchandise while ensuring quality and date control standards
- provide member service by acknowledging and assisting members with their needs
- comply with company policies and ethics and support a respectful workplace
- complete work assignments by collaborating with managers and adapting to feedback and change
