Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service preferred
- food handler certification (food safety) preferred
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- ability to follow food safety and sanitation standards
- experience using digital tools and technology in a foodservice environment is a plus
- ability to adapt to changing work scenarios

Job Duties
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- collaborating with cross functional teams and helping educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources
- communicating effectively with team members and being flexible to business needs to work in other areas
- preparing food according to item specifications and planning future and mass productions
- adhering to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- operating, maintaining, and sanitizing equipment
- leveraging digital tools to improve sales and the shopping experience
- utilizing handheld technology for production decisions, ordering merchandise, receiving club pick up orders, training, and product quality
- driving performance by stocking and rotating merchandise, ensuring quality and date control standards
- eliminating waste
- acknowledging members and identifying their needs
- assisting members with purchasing decisions and resolving issues
- being a brand advocate and developing a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented work environment
- complying with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
- completing work assignments by using policies, data, and resources
- collaborating with managers, co-workers, and customers
