- must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to complete all required job training and assessments within prescribed time
- food service experience preferred
- food handler certification preferred
- ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- willingness to work flexible hours and different shifts

Job Duties
- ensuring high-quality products are fresh, ready, and available in the café
- ensuring shelves are clean, maintaining temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lesser-quality food products
- packing ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays
- preparing and serving ready-to-eat food
- maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area
- collaborating with cross-functional teams and educating other associates
- communicating effectively with team members and being flexible to work in other areas
- adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- operating, maintaining, and sanitizing equipment
- leveraging digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience
- stocking and rotating merchandise
- providing member service by assisting with purchasing decisions and resolving issues
- acting as a brand advocate and supporting team-oriented work styles
- complying with company policies, procedures, and ethics
- completing work assignments through collaboration and communication
