Job Duties

- collaborating with cross-functional teams and educating other associates on tools, tasks, and resources

- understanding and planning for future and mass productions
- adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- operating, maintaining, and sanitizing equipment
- utilizing handheld technology to make business decisions related to production, ordering, receiving orders, training, and product quality
- stocking and rotating merchandise
- ensuring quality and date control standards
- eliminating waste
- providing member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs
- assisting members with purchasing decisions and payment types
- resolving member issues and concerns
