Job Duties
- maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- collaborating with cross functional teams and educating other associates on tools, tasks and resources
- preparing food according to item specifications
- adhering to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- operating, maintaining, and sanitizing equipment
- leveraging digital tools to support sales and improve the shopping experience
- stocking and rotating merchandise, ensuring quality and date control standards
- providing member service by acknowledging and assisting members
- resolving member issues and concerns
- complying with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
- completing work assignments using policies, data, and resources
- communicating progress and recommending improvement opportunities
