Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- able to complete all required job trainings and assessments within prescribed time periods
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

Job Qualifications
- food service experience
- food handler certification (food safety) preferred
- effective communication skills

- knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties
- ensuring high-quality products are fresh ready and available in the cafe
- ensuring shelves are clean maintaining temperature control verifying expiration dates and disposing of lesser-quality food products
- packing ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays
- preparing and serving ready-to-eat food
- maintaining a clean sanitized and member-ready area
- collaborating with cross functional teams and educating other associates
- leveraging digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience
- driving the performance of the area including stocking and rotating merchandise
- providing member service by acknowledging and assisting members with purchasing decisions
- complying with company policies procedures and standards of ethics
