Job Duties
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- collaborating with cross-functional teams and educating other associates
- communicating effectively with team members and adapting to business needs
- preparing food according to item specifications and food safety standards
- adhering to sanitation guidelines and inventory management
- operating and sanitizing equipment
- utilizing digital tools to improve sales and shopping experience
- making immediate business decisions using handheld technology
- driving performance of the cafe area including stocking, rotating merchandise, and ensuring quality control
- providing member service by acknowledging and assisting members with purchasing decisions and resolving issues
- acting as a talent ambassador by supporting and inspiring team members
- complying with company policies, ethics, and business practices
- completing work assignments through collaboration and communication
