Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to complete all job required trainings and assessments within prescribed time period
- Willingness to comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
- Capability to collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners
- Availability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes changing environment
Job Qualifications
- Food service experience
- Food handler certification (food safety) preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work scenarios
- Commitment to customer satisfaction
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation
Job Duties
- Ensuring high-quality products are fresh, ready, and available in the café
- Ensuring shelves are clean, maintaining temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lesser-quality food products
- Packing ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays
- Preparing and serving ready-to-eat food
- Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area
- Collaborating with cross functional teams and educating other associates on tools, tasks and resources
- Driving the performance of the area by stocking and rotating merchandise and ensuring quality and date control standards
