Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in food service or fresh food preparation preferred
  • Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) preferred
  • Ability to operate, maintain, and sanitize food service equipment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and handheld technology
  • Ability to adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Commitment to customer service excellence

Job Duties

  • Ensure high-quality products are fresh, ready, and available in the café
  • Ensure shelves are clean, maintain temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lesser-quality food products
  • Pack ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays
  • Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food
  • Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate other associates
  • Utilize handheld technology to manage production, ordering, and product quality
  • Drive area performance by stocking, rotating merchandise, and eliminating waste
  • Provide member service by identifying needs and resolving concerns
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Complete work assignments, communicate progress, and adapt to feedback
