Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience or passion for fresh food preparation
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to operate and sanitize food equipment
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Adaptability to change and willingness to learn
- Ability to use digital tools and handheld technology
- Customer service orientation
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Food handler certification preferred
- Previous food service experience preferred
Job Duties
- Ensure high-quality products are fresh, ready, and available in the café
- Ensure shelves are clean, maintain temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lesser-quality food products
- Pack ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays
- Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Be flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas
- Prepare food according to item specifications
- Understand and plan future productions and mass productions
- Prepare for seasonality
- Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
- Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience
- Use handheld technology for production, ordering, receiving club pick up orders, training, and ensuring product quality
- Drive the performance of the café area including stocking and rotating merchandise
- Ensure quality and date control standards
- Eliminate waste
- Provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying needs
- Assist members with purchasing decisions, payment types, locating merchandise, and resolving issues
- Be a brand advocate and support team-oriented work style
- Assist in training and development
- Comply with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity standards
- Complete work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners
- Adapt and learn from change, difficulties, and feedback
