Job Duties
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- collaborating with cross-functional teams and educating other associates on tools, tasks and resources
- communicating effectively with team members and being flexible to work in different areas
- preparing food according to item specifications including future production planning and seasonality
- adhering to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- operating, maintaining, and sanitizing equipment
- utilizing digital tools to drive sales and improve the member shopping experience
- using handheld technology for production decisions, ordering, and quality control
- driving area performance through stocking, rotating, and ensuring quality and date control standards
- providing member service by acknowledging and assisting members with purchasing decisions and resolving concerns
- acting as a brand advocate and supporting a respectful, team-oriented work environment
- complying with company policies, ethics, and open communication practices
- completing work assignments by collaborating with managers and coworkers, communicating progress, and adapting to change and feedback
