Job Duties
- Ensure high-quality products are fresh ready and available in the café
- Ensure shelves are clean maintaining temperature control verifying expiration dates and disposing of lesser-quality food products
- Pack ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays
- Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food
- Maintain a clean sanitized and member-ready area
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate other associates
- Utilize handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production ordering merchandise and maintaining product quality with members in mind
