Job Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- up to one month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience

- basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- effective communication skills including reading, writing, and speaking
- ability to follow safety and operating procedures
- willingness to adapt to changing work environments and learn new skills
Job Duties
- Prepare all fudge products and sell to customers
- perform all Ginna’s restaurant functions including deli line, barista, grill, ice cream, baked goods, fudge and other duties as assigned
- follow all food safety guidelines by State and Local Ordinances
- ensure all products are received and stored according to Standard Operating Guidelines
- assist in training new associates using kitchen tools, mentor checklists and SOPs
- ensure cash control and till management following Scheels Cashier Guidelines
- manage and support side work, daily and detailed cleaning schedules, opening and closing procedures
- maintain working knowledge of Café recipes and prepared foods
- maintain an orderly and exceptionally clean appearance of personal work space and surrounding areas
- be professional in appearance and attitude, contribute to a positive team atmosphere and treat others with respect while following Scheels policies and procedures
- perform basic math operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with American money, weight, volume and distance measurements
- read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- write routine reports and correspondence
- communicate effectively before groups of customers and employees
- work scheduled hours which may include evenings, weekends and holidays
- prepare many different types of food, drinks and ingredients
