Job Duties
- Be a team member by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product specifications for prepared food merchandise
- collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- communicate effectively with team members and be flexible to work in different areas
- prepare food according to item specifications while planning for future productions and seasonality
- adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
- operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
- leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience
- utilize handheld technology for production decisions, ordering, club pick-up, training, and product quality
- drive the performance of the café area by stocking and rotating merchandise, ensuring quality and date control, and eliminating waste
- provide outstanding member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchasing decisions, resolving issues and concerns
- act as a talent ambassador by being a brand advocate, developing and inspiring others
- comply with company policies, procedures, and integrity standards
- complete work assignments by collaborating with managers and co-workers, prioritizing tasks, communicating progress, and adapting to change and feedback
