Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to complete required job trainings and assessments successfully within prescribed time period if hired
- willingness to comply with company policies including drug-free workplace policy
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as necessary
- physical ability to perform tasks such as standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in food service or related field preferred
- food handler certification (food safety) is a plus
- ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- collaborating with cross-functional teams and educating other associates on tools, tasks and resources
- communicating effectively with team members and being flexible to business needs
- preparing food according to item specifications and planning for future and mass productions
- adhering to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- operating, maintaining, and sanitizing equipment and demonstrating understanding of product and layout execution
- leveraging digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience, including using handheld technology for business decisions
- driving area performance by stocking and rotating merchandise, ensuring quality and date control standards, eliminating waste, providing member service by acknowledging and assisting members, resolving member issues
- acting as a brand advocate by developing and inspiring others, assisting in training and maintaining a respectful and supportive team environment
- complying with company policies, procedures, and ethics, using Open Door Policy to resolve issues
- completing work assignments by collaborating with managers and colleagues, communicating progress, identifying improvement opportunities, adapting to change and feedback
