- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Food Handler Certification preferred
Job Duties
- Ensure high-quality products are fresh, ready, and available in the café
- Ensure shelves are clean, maintain temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lesser-quality food products
- Pack ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays
- Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications and educate other associates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with team members
- Prepare food according to item specifications adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
- Utilize digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- Manage inventory and ordering using handheld technology
- Provide member service by acknowledging needs and assisting with purchasing decisions
- Follow company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics
- Complete work assignments while adapting to change and learning from feedback
