Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to complete all job-required training and assessments within prescribed time
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform food preparation tasks
- compliance with drug-free workplace policies
- willingness to follow all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
- ability to communicate effectively with team members and members
- basic math and organizational skills
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Qualifications

- experience in food service or related industry preferred
- knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- ability to operate and maintain food preparation equipment

Job Duties
- maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- collaborating with cross functional teams and helping educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources
- communicating effectively with team members and adapting to business needs by working in other areas
- preparing food according to item specifications and planning for future productions including mass productions and seasonality
- adhering to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance and inventory management
- operating, maintaining and sanitizing kitchen and food preparation equipment
- leveraging digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience and elevate associate engagement
- utilizing handheld technology for order production, training and quality control
- driving area performance through stocking, rotating merchandise, ensuring quality and date control standards, and eliminating waste
- providing excellent member service including acknowledging members, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues
- acting as a brand ambassador by developing and inspiring others, supporting a respectful and team-oriented work style
- complying with company policies, procedures and ethical standards
- completing work assignments by collaborating with managers, coworkers, and business partners while handling priorities, deadlines and communicating progress
- adapting to changes, feedback and challenges.
