Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to complete all required job trainings and assessments successfully
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food preparation and cleaning
- willingness to comply with company policies and maintain a drug-free workplace
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service or cafe environment preferred
- food handler certification preferred

Job Duties
- Ensuring high-quality products are fresh, ready, and available in the cafe
- ensuring shelves are clean, maintaining temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lesser-quality food products
- packing ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays
- preparing and serving ready-to-eat food
- maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area
- maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product specifications
- collaborating with team members and educating associates
- communicating effectively with the team
- preparing food according to item specifications and adhering to food safety standards
- leveraging digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience
- stocking and rotating merchandise and eliminating waste
- providing excellent member service and assisting with purchasing decisions
- complying with company policies and ethical standards
- completing work assignments using resources and collaborating with managers and coworkers
