- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- previous lead or managerial experience preferably in food and beverage
- excellent interpersonal skills
- strong organizational skills and accountability in completing all tasks in a thorough, accurate and timely manner
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
- able to stand for prolonged periods of time frequently
