- must possess or be able to obtain a valid ABO card
- must possess or be able to attain a valid Responsible Vendor Server Permit
- must present a well-groomed appearance

- knowledge of beverages and ingredients used in bar operations
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to work under pressure
- basic math skills to operate Micros effectively
- ability to work varying schedules
Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness of the bar area
- manage stock and replenish supplies
- remove waste and dispose of it properly
- fill in as bartender when needed
- complete opening, running, and closing duties as assigned
- promote outstanding guest relations
- adhere to all local and state liquor laws
- handle POS transactions accurately using Micros
