Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work under extreme pressure
- Ability to stand and walk on hard, slippery, or carpeted surfaces for extended periods
- Ability to lift or move items weighing up to 200 pounds
- Ability to work in both smoking and non-smoking environments
- Must follow all local and state liquor laws
- Must present a neat and clean appearance
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Must possess or be able to obtain a valid ABO card
- Must possess or be able to attain a valid Responsible Vendor Server Permit
- Present a well-groomed appearance
- Knowledge of beverages and ingredients used in a typical bar operation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to pass a mixology certification
- Knowledge of basic math skills to operate Micros
- Ability to work varying schedules to meet business needs
Job Duties
- Maintain overall cleanliness of the bar
- Manage stock levels and ensure proper storage
- Remove waste and handle general cleaning duties
- Fill in as Bartender when needed
- Complete opening, running, and closing duties as assigned by management
- Promote outstanding guest relations
- Follow all local and state liquor laws applicable to the operation
