Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
High school diploma or GED
Must possess or be able to obtain a valid ABO card
Must possess or be able to attain a valid Responsible Vendor Server Permit
Must present a well-groomed appearance
Ability to work varying schedules to reflect business needs
Ability to work under extreme pressure

Job Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years of age

Knowledge of all beverages and ingredients used in a typical bar operation
Ability to ring up all products in accordance with policy
Ability to pass a standard Mixology certification
Excellent customer service and communication skills

Job Duties

Maintain the stock and cleanliness of the bar areas
Removal of waste and general cleaning duties
Fill in as bartender when needed
Know all beverages and ingredients used in bar operations
Ring up products in accordance with policy
Complete all opening, running, and closing duties
Promote outstanding guest relations
