Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • One year of restaurant management experience preferred
  • Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 25 pounds
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certifications

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned food and beverage outlets
  • Ensure compliance with established service standards
  • Monitor and enforce company policies and safety regulations
  • Manage budgets, costs, and labor within assigned outlets
  • Handle personnel matters including interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, evaluating, promoting, counseling, and discharging
  • Resolve guest complaints promptly and courteously
  • Assist Director with budget goals and monitor financial aspects
  • Represent Food and Beverage Department in employee-related matters
