- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time

Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned food and beverage outlets
- Ensure compliance with established service standards
- Monitor and enforce company policies and safety regulations
- Manage budgets, costs, and labor within assigned outlets
- Handle personnel matters including interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, evaluating, promoting, counseling, and discharging
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and courteously
- Assist Director with budget goals and monitor financial aspects
- Represent Food and Beverage Department in employee-related matters
