Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- One to two years of experience as a sushi line cook in a high-volume restaurant preferred but not required
- Passion for food and dedication to high-quality sushi preparation
- Ability to work well in a busy, fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
- Willingness to learn and accept feedback
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
Job Duties
- Prepare freshly made sushi items to order with attention to detail and presentation
- Assist with the preparation of other menu items as required
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards strictly
- Respond promptly to chef and management feedback to improve performance
- Support efficient food production in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Contribute to memorable guest dining experiences through consistent food quality
